Tupí double group
The input spindle moulder group is made up of 2 independent motors and copiers. Mounts standard 60mm diamond tools. diameter and cutting height up to 30 mm.
Glue scraper and polishing group
Scraping with blades from the upper and lower part of the board, eliminating possible remains of glue.
Polishing discs for the removal of residues, polishing and polishing on PVC edges.
Refiler Group
with two high-frequency motors
0.75kw. at 12,000 rpm. to eliminate the excess of upper and lower edge. R-2 reversible Z6 cutters are fitted as standard. It has copyers in height (rotary plate)
and depth (skid). Depth and height adjustment by rotating knobs and numerical indicators.
Retainer
With 2 independent 0.37 kw motors. at 12,000 rpm. The movement is carried out through a prismatic linear guide with automatic greasing to guarantee a smooth and precise cut.
